Fancy something pretty?

Feel free to scout the premises and indulge yourself. On this page I've put together a small assemblage of projects, done privately or at work, that really I enjoyed making at the time.

Pixel perfect

Photoshop is my main passion. There's no comparison, whether it's doctoring or building something from nothing. The empowerment of wielding these tools, must be what it would feel like to create actual magic. Or soup.

Photoshop

Less is more

The idea of visualizing something minimalist, yet substantial, with a simple perfect curve, is the distinctive mindset that makes vectors so appealing to me. If I feel at home with Photoshop, Illustrator is most definitely my mistress.

Cybernaut's playground

By far the most fun thing about responsive content, is having all my old school DTP layout tricks at different media sizes fluently come to life, and realign nicely at every digital aspect ratio.

Responsive design

Knobs, sliders 'n switches

Lean on the principle of least astonishment to accommodate expected affordance, encourage transition into a natural interface through intuitive learning, but don't end up with just a soup of skeumorphs. Hmm... Can I interest you in a button?

UI/UX

Flip book theory

Motion is just the art of adding more images, right? I already do images.
Now what is this timeline thingamajig... Oh my.
Did I just create another addiction?

Chromatic delight

There is no end to wonderful photography these days, but sometimes there's just not exactly what you need. I will gladly take the process from lighting and setup, through the digital forge, to embellish my vision.

The back pages

You made it all the way back here? I guess there is not much else to do, but to point you in the direction of my LinkedIn profile.

You won't find any comics back here... Oh well, you just might, if you should feel compelled to browse through my legacy portfolio, from 2013 and before.
